Bridge defaced
STANDERTON - The railway bridge is one of the first things residents and visitors traveling from Meyerville to Standerton see before crossing the river.
While the youth branch of AfriForum tries their best to make a positive impression by repainting road markings and cleaning the surrounding areas, a political party decided that the bridge is the best billboard for their campaign ads.
Even the chevron was covered, which is clearly a criminal offence. No names are on the posters, but everyone can decide for themselves who the culprits are.
A political party defaced the bridge with their campaign posters. It would be interesting to see if these posters will be removed after the upcoming elections.
